Installing a solid block retaining wall solved this design. A split level garden was recaptured with a patio area made of natural stone leading to a set of stairs, opening out on to a new lawn. Pedestrian access only made delivery and construction a manual task. The removal of 15 tonnes of soil to extend the patio was achieved and the garden was transformed with a lot of hard work.
After getting a fair quote and numerous good feedback from some locals in the village we decided to opt for Gareth to transform our rear garden. After about 4 large skips the transformation was starting to take shape, the old crumbling wall had gone and tonnes of soil had been moved(all by hand and shovel).Footings filled and set it was on with the block work and in no time the wall really was taking shape.Wall finished and on with the indian stone patio.....layed superb with no standing water anywhere. The finished job was superb as was Gareth with design, ordering of materials and excellent approach to work.I would definetly recommend Gareth for any building work or garden transformations.
