IBC scheme stands for Integrated Business
Certification Scheme and we believe may be of
particular interest to multi-facet businesses or group
nursing homes under the proposed immigration points
system in 2008.
The scheme provides demonstrative assurance to all
regulatory and certification bodies of the
compliance, consistency and robustness of your
controls. In fact it’s more than that, because we
delve into your business activities and management
styles with the aim of making them more efficient and
effective. It covers, CSCI, quality, health, safety,
data protection, environment, information security,
Home Office regulations and Sarbannes Oxley, all
rolled into one certification scheme.
This is more of a management consultancy role and each
project would require a proposal of work to be agreed
before we started. As soon as the proposal has been
given the go ahead, we undertake a three phase
approach, consisting of:
Evaluation
We meet key people and have a look at what your doing,
identifying risks and gaps and then provide and
present you with a report and the options for the next
phase, at which time
you can make your mind up to progress matters with our
help or not, the choice is entirely yours.
Implementation
We map out the key milestones and prioritise all the
actions and tasks with you, agree responsible owners
to mitigate the risks
and gaps, planning business continuity, training and
audits
Consolidation
We assist you with cost-effective continual
improvement,
areas of weakness, contingency options and internal
audits and certify your Integrated Business System
