Is it really free?
Yes,
GRB Ltd offers a free service to its clients for
out country Senior Care Assistants and ONP candidates.
Home Office fees apply to employers for each work permit
application they need.
How long does the process take?
It normally takes around
6 weeks from start to finish.
If there are
complications with the work permit & visas, it may take
up to 10 weeks.
What about CRB and POVA checks?
Police and health checks
have normally been completed before we allow our
Candidates to come into the UK and we arrange such
checks as necessary before they start work in any event.
What if the candidate absconds before
12months or break
there employment contract?
We will assess the circumstances, arrange
replacements free of charge and implement the
repatriation/deportation procedure as necessary.
What checks have been carried out on the
candidates?
All candidates have to
satisfy GRB Ltd minimum requirements and will have
fulfilled the following:

Satisfactory police and
health checks

All relevant
documentation notarised

Home Office validation
of references provided

Verification of all
credentials by the British High Commission
What happens about accommodation?
This is something
that the employer needs to arrange with the applicant,
although GRB Ltd may be able to advise on any short-term
options that may be available in a particular
geographical location.
GRB Ltd will advise
applicants and clients alike, of any alternative longer
term options they become aware of, to cover the agreed
period of employment.
