High Calibre Candidates
Every Candidate we place has to satisfy a given set of
standard criteria. We call this the GRB Ltd Standard
Candidate Minimum Requirements.
This is the
level GRB Ltd demand for our Clients under our FREE
service terms and conditions. That doesn't mean to say
Client's can't ask for a higher level of Candidate, far
from it, because we establish the precise needs and
expectations of all Clients when we carry out the
initial free evaluation of their needs. Sometimes,
Clients have a particular requirement in mind which is
essential rather than just preferred, so it makes sense
to have that knowledge before we start searching and
screening for suitable Candidates.
