GRB Ltd
have adopted a policy whereby successful Candidates are
encouraged to sign a Pre-Arrival Agreement (PAA) This
demonstrates to employers that applicants are 100%
committed to their new position. The PAA also states the
reasons for repatriation of Candidates which would be
implemented by GRB Ltd should such circumstances arise.
This helps us to build strong relationships with
Clients and secure contracts of one (1) to three (3)
years duration to ensure retention of high calibre
Candidates.
Every Candidate placed by GRB Ltd will receive a welcome
and information pack on arrival at the their new place
of work. The directors realise working in a strange
country can be very daunting and whilst GRB Ltd have
well documented processes in place, we will continually
seek improvements in the placement process and actively
